No he didn't really but if you want proof go to youtube.com and type in Choji and you get to see!
Trevonte' Jordan of OHIO
No sirThose Akimichi pills about killed him, but he survived, as Shikamaru's clan, the Naras, specialize in healing the wounded Akimichi clan members once they pop any or all of those pills. The Akimichi's are made for eating and can burn it off instantly with those pills, with the Nara clan coming to catch them when they fall. This is one of the reasons for the Ino-shika-cho combo, as the Nara clan breeds deer and makes medicine with the antlers, though it is unknown if any part of the antler is any more important than any other part.

That's very true :-)
But on the Narutopidea website it says Nara Shikamaru took Akimichi Chouji to Senju Tsunade (she no longer uses Senju in her name) to be healed :-)

Why the battle of France is important for Canada?
For two reasons. First of all, Canadian batallions fought in France and were among the invaders on D-Day and Canada lost a lot of its young men fighting there. Secondly, the Canadian Prime Minister made it a condition of Canada's active involvement in WW 2 that Canada would after the war no longer be a colony of Britain, but a fully independent country, only recognizing the British King or Queen as its ceremonial Head of State.
