5. if it doesn't it's okay. at night focace on that one room. if the sounds are coming from the wall and if you love your hamster you can have someone make a hole in the wall to get it.

We have had a ton of dwarf hamsters over the years. Probably the best way to pet a hamster without it biting you is to pick it up first. It works best if you have some sort of look-out tower that they can climb into so you don't have to reach all the way into their cage, but if you need to, reaching in will work too.
