Can you get a hand gun permit for all 50 states?

No. If you're in another state, and find a handgun you wish to purchase, then you would have to have it shipped to an FFL licenced dealer in your home state. You would then pay the receiving fee and fill out the Form 4473 with the dealer in your state before you took possession of the handgun.

What is the Commercial vehicle gun law in MD?

This one will cover all 50 states regarding a gun in a commercial vehicle ....it is not allowed.

======

False - there is NOTHING in the FMCSR addressing firearms in a commercial vehicle. The laws of transporting firearms in a CMV are going to be the same as any other vehicle, and these laws will vary from state-to-state. If you're in MD, it's not a very gun-friendly state, and they do not recognise out-of-state concealed carry permits, so you won't be permitted to carry it concealed in the cab.

Are air rifles legal in Australia?

Yes, but you must have a firearms license and a Permit to Acquire.

What are the gun laws in Switzerland?

They are different from most of Europe. Gun ownership is allowed and encouraged there. Switzerland is the most heavily-armed nation in the European Union, and they have a large number of armed militias for national defense. These militias keep their guns at home with them. Like the United States, it would be considerably difficult to affect an armed takeover house-by-house in that nation.

Children in Switzerland, especially boys, are encouraged and expected to handle guns in their adolescence and young adulthood, and to handle them safely and professionally.

Also, gun sports, target shooting and other shooting sports are very popular, common and accepted in Switzerland. They are also conducted in an atmosphere of professionalism and safety, and there is very little gun crime there.

This is in sharp contrast to the United States, where there is a lot of gun crime, accidental shootings and other gun problems. Many people (exceptions, of course!) in the United States could learn some things about responsible gun ownership from the Swiss.

Test for hand gun permit in tenn.?

What about it? Generally speaking, it's very easy, and if you stay awake in class and have an IQ of more than about 10, you can pass it. I'm a Tennessee state certified instructor. If you ask a specific question about the test, I can tell you, or at least find out if it happens to be something I don't know.

Is it legal to carry a shotgun in your car in California?

"Yes, but only if its unloaded, in a case (with a lock), and in your trunk."

Only Partially True,

In The State Of California It Is Legal To Transport An Unloaded Shotgun In Any Vehicle. In Or Out Of Sight.

No Lock, Or Case Is Required ( But Recommended For Your Safety, And Others. Assume When You Hop In To Get Gas Someone Steels Your Car )

Granted You:

Keep Ammo Separate, Gun Un-Loaded (Ammo In A Non-Firing Orientation, Not Referring To Loose Ammo In The Gun Bag.) (Butt Shell Holder Is Legal, But Prepare For Court Trials And Lawyers) It Is Just Less Hassle To Keep Ammo Separate.

You Are Over 18, And The Shotgun Is In Your Name Which You Legally Acquired.

You Have A Good Reason For Transporting It.

Example: Going To The Range, Hunting Trip, Gun Shop. Ect.

What does the second amendment mean?

That American Citizens have the right to bear arms (guns) inside your home and for your own protection. Originally, I believe this was added to the Bill of Rights because of need for militia during the wars; it was also assumed that people hunted for their meals in many cases.
