Yes this could be implantation bleeding. If it is implantation bleeding you can not do a pregnancy test for another week. Implantation bleeding is a signal to your body that the Embryo has implantated in your uterus. You need to give the Embryo sufficent amount of time to release enough HCG to give a positive on a HTP. When you have IB (implantation bleeding), this means you conceived around 8-12 days ago. So you need to wait another week to do a HPT. OR you can see your doctor on Wednesday for a blood test to confirm pregnancy. This will be accurate now. Good luck.

Hello - You may be pregnant. Best thing to do is see your doctor for a blood test as this way of testing is highly accurate. Much more accurate than home pregnancy testing and urine pregnancy tests. Or wait a few more days and do a pregnancy test at home. :o)

I know this is going to sound disgusting but I saw what looks like a piece of the lining floating in the toilet, it basically looked like a very fine/thin membrane/piece of skin with red veins on it. I've never seen this before.

Anyone experienced something similar? How long should I wait after the bleeding stops to take a test just in case. I've got one laying around from last month so I may as well use it.

You are going to need to go to your doctor to check that one out. It could be a number of things but just to make sure you should go in.
