Is Taylorsville Lake in Spencer County Kentucky dirty?

It is the dirtiest lake i have ever been in!!! the day before i went (which was in the summer) i have waxed my speed boat. The next day when i rode it from the main marina to the dam, my boat was in a film of black stuff. I think it's because they have too many house boats in the lake at the main marina. The lake is only 3,000 acers!! when you swim you can't even see you feet below you in the water.

Can you collect pain and suffering in a no fault Kentucky state?

I just recently got into a motor vehicle accident about over a month ago. I am still going to P.T. and as far as my insurance agent has explained yes they are responsible for pain and suffering. I was told the no fault was your insurance had to cover 10k of your medical bills so your not stuck waiting on the other persons insurance company to start paying. Once the p.i.p. has been meet of 10k the rest goes to the at faults insurance company.

I also recently got medical forms related to my pain and suffering letting them check my medical history but not sending those off until lawyer friend looks them over. I have had the worst time dealing with the at faults insurance company the stress alone has been awful. They keep you on the phone non stop for the first time in five years I have went over my monthly minutes on my cell.

How long does it take to be emancipated?

There is no definitive answer to the question, as many states do not have emancipation of minor procedures, others grant emancipation only when it concerns specific health or custodial issues. Those states which have established laws for the process adjudicate cases on individual merit. There are not laws in any state which mandate the emancipation of a minor to be granted without reservations or disallow the decision to be made at the complete discretion of the presiding judge.
