If your traction control light is constantly flashing and you are NOT drawing an OBD fault code, then the system may need to be calibrated. Ford can do this for $92. A system needs to be calibrated when a component of the traction control is replaced or disconnected and reconnected. If, however, the light returns, the problem is likely the clock spring in the steering column, also known as a "sliding contact." Ford/Lincoln is famous for these things not lasting long. It is the component that brings power to everything you need in the steering wheel (horn, cruise, air bag, radio volume, etc.). When this goes bad, it is tantamount to disconnecting/reconnecting the steering wheel position sensor (a component of the traction control). Typically, you will have other issues, such as a "high resistence" code from the air bag, or the horn or cruise will not work, etc.

If the sealant between the clear front portion and the rear black portion is gray..
Set your oven to 250 degrees, bake the headlight for about 8-14 min. This will soften the sealant.
Just pull apart, be sure to use leather gloves or something of course.
Repeat in reverse to reseal. Use some High temp RTV sealant to complete the seal.
--If you have the headlights with the black sealant, this trick will not work.

It will bolt up, but the throttle on an'02 is mechanical and the throttle on the '05 is electronic, the intake manifold is different and I believe the heads are different. The '02 PCM will not work with the '05 engine.

The oil can be changed like any other car. Meaning jack up the car, remove the oil plug on the oil pan. Let the oil drain out of the engine. Replace the plug, then move to the oil filter. Slowly remove the filter finish draining out the oil in the filter. Filter can hold about a quart of oil. Clean the area before replacing the new filter. Apply i little oil the the o ring on the new filter, the install it. Put in Lincoln recommended oil in it. 5w 20. You can use other brands they will work the same. It will take 6-7 quarts. Mine takes 7 and it is the 3L 6 cyl.
