THE FUEL FILTER FOR THE LINCOLN LS IS LOCATED BEHIND THE DRIVERS SIDE FRONT WHEEL WELL..... YOU MUST REMOVE THE FRONT DRIVERS TIRE THEN REMOVE THE PLASTIC PIECE ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE.... THE FUEL FILTER IS REAL EASY TO REMOVE JUST TAKE SOME PLIERS AND PUSH IN THE GREEN TAB AND POP OFF.. TO INSTALL JUST TAKE THE FUE LINE PUSH IT IN TILL YOU HEAR A SNAP AND WALAH!!!! ( # 32 ) is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter on a 2000 Lincoln LS

On the side of the receiver dryer. You can find a diagram of this on the below link. Just follow the "Find your low side Port" icon.

Under car, bell housing passenger side. Right where the transmission bolts to the engine.

Temperature sensor is faulty. It's located behind the grill a little to the left(standing in front of the car with hood open) Just replace it..

1) Water has gotten into one of the door lock switches and corroded it.

go to www.advanceautoparts.com and under do it yourself click on how to video clinics and another window will open. click on sensors 101 and it will show you how and what you need.

Well, just like on any car, you get the manual for the car. If you get a good manual, i recommend" CHILTONS "brand, then it will tell you how to take out the motor and replace it.

you can also look at the roof of the car from inside and if you see a bulge then there it is...

also you take the car in to the manufacturer this is your local LIncoln dealer, and they will show you...

Personally, I would reccommend staying away from the Haynes/Chiltons manuals for anything more than oil changes and such as that as they cover too many models and years to really get specific about your year. I would suggest getting a manual from www.helminc.com or going on eBay and searching for used paper ones or getting a manual on CD for your year and model of car. It gets down to every last nut and bolt along with part #'s for replacements. As to how to get to the motor, it should be inside a hump in the ceiling right above the middle seating position in the rear seat.

As long as Transmission Fluid has an MA5 Rating yes it can be used.

Sounds like a defective switch on the driver's door disconnected wires on either door or you have a lock out switch turned on...

with driver door, i suggest pulling your "panel" off and verify your switch is actually connected and if it is, then replace the switch

This is sort of easy but you need to find out why your pump and or solenoids are nor releasing the air. Their is a bleeder valve like a tire valve on the pump its self. just push the middle in and the air should come out if it doesn't try it when the pump is running is should help. Some times you have to play with it buy turning you car on and off. if you are referring to air ride using mcpherson air struts, the pump switch is located in the driver side of the trunk, turn it on. if it doesnt "level" to normal height then check your level sensors. in either case, the default is 25 psi, and releasing the valve at the pump wont solve the problem. also, making it driveable is to add air, not release air, since too much air means a ride that feels like a mustang, and not enough air would be harsh like a low-riding chevy...

Yes , as long as the " brake " light is not lit up you will still have " normal "

brakes . The ABS light being on means that there is a problem with the

Anti lock braking system , it could be a fuse , a sensor , or some other problem

You can bypass it to see if your Engine will start. Another thing to look into will be your fuel relay.. they can be picked up for about 10 dollars at your local parts store.

On a ( 2000 ) Lincoln Navigator the rear window defroster switch is located

in the dash below the headlight switch

At the radiator or at the coolant resivoir.
