You fail to list year, and engine size so I cannot provide an answer.

It is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column. There is another fuse box under the hood on the drivers side near the window.

The springs do not come from any other model car. They are made just to replace air bags. I bought them on eBay for $115 including shipping. The instructions were very good. The springs are narrower on each end to match the way the bags fit. You need to jack up both sides of the body (or use a lift). Take both rear wheels off, so you have room to bring the springs in that way. Disconnect the shocks at the bottom and be careful the brake lines do not pull too far. I had to put a small jack between the axle and the body to make enough room to put the new springs in. If you are going to change the shocks, do it all at once, because the process is almost the same to do the shocks. I am very happy to be done with the air bag problems.

Your column is loose because of the ball bearing slodes in the unit. You can repir the column if your good with dismantleing things like that or you can get a used column for around 250$ and install it. After the lower dash trim is removed there are 5 wire plugs going to it that must be removed, first remove the retaning bolt that goes through the universal joint near floor....take this bolt all the way out and then slide the shaft out and down toward the floor. Then you can take out the remaining 4 bolts that hold up the unit. Pretty straight forward and simple....getting the column will be the hardest part......When installing another column you will want to use white lithium grease on all moving parts. To determine the cause, the vehicle will need to be taken to a parts store or a shop that has an OBD2 scanner, or for 1995 and earlier models, an OBD1 scanner, While a scanner will not give you the magic answer, it will give you a code that narrows down the problem area.

Unfortunately none of the factory cell phones in Mark VIII's are 911 compatible and cannot be activatged for new service. In many locations if you had the Mark VIII phone activated prior to the 911 compatibility law, and you have not allowed the service to lapse, you can keep it activated. Otherwise it is dead weight, sort of like the 12 pound factory 8-track player occupying the front of the console in my 1977 Pontiac Trans Am...

The low side service port is located on the suction hose coming off the rear of the a/c compressor and the high side is located on the discharge hose coming from the condenser.......

Million dollar question. Design some longer upper control arms, manufacture and sell them. Make a lot of money.

There generally is a small attachment spring/cam that your gear selector and indicator are connected with and most likely this is stretched out or cracked. there is also an adjuster on the right hand side of the steering wheel (looks like a little roll wheel under the dash) you can try to adjust it from there but most of the time the bracket that holds it is broken.

Coolant level.

There are many other posts on the topic, you need to check the coolant level and start from there. Chances are you may have a coolant leak. No coolant = no heat.

With car level ,on a lift or on jack stands with transmission in park position and engine runnning, using a 3/16 Allen key or wrench remove the fluid indicator plug. (Note: fluid should be warm 80 deg.F-120deg. F.) If fluid comes out in a thin stream or drip fluid is at the correct level. If no fluid comes out remove the fill plug near the tail shaft housing. Fill with a squirt can or approiate pump with MERCON V automatic transmission fluid XT-5-QM or equivalent meeting Ford specification MERCON V. (ENGINES STILL RUNNING) fIll with fluid until it drips or runs in a light stream. Install Allen screw and tighten to 89 Inch lbs. Install fill plug and tighten to 15 ft. lbs.

Trouble code P1299 means: Cylinder Head Overtemperature Protection Active

Probably a rev limiter, as most cars to this in park or neutral, because the engine is not under load and can be damaged if over reved.

I was looking at the 2002 Lincoln LS Owner Guide and it shows ( 5W-20 ) and

also in the book it shows ( 5W-20 , Motorcraft Premium Synthetic Blend )

yes they will fit u can even fit 22's on there with rolling the wheel wells.
