A Mangaka doesn't get paid salary. They get paid for whatever they sold.
The average Mangaka works roughly 8-10 hours a day. Generally they have to give in 20-40 pages of manga a month so it's one compleated page every day (not including the time it takes to write the story). If the editor doesn't like it the Mangaka has to re-do it. Also the extra art like cover art or graphic books.
You don't get an hourly rate but a contract based partially on sales, the average contract is usually for a beginner 500$ per 20 pg's.
Assuming it takes 5 hours per page about 5$ per hour.
If the Managaka's just starting then they're looking at self publishing which is Doujinshi. In that case they make what they sell after paying their own printing fee.
They have to then calculate their costs; time to make the comic, materials used, paying assistances, ect. ect. ect.
In the end the profit is compleatly dependent on the Mangaka.
about 100k. light bill,paychecks,rent ect
You ask that because you think Kishimoto will contact you and answer your questions...Answer is that even if he has a site, it probably wouldn't be him who answers...Think about it creating 17 pages of manga with so much details doesn't leave a room for chating with a million of fans...He has wife and children he needs to be with them...
He is obviously Buddhist. You see it through all of his work. In some volumes/episodes of Dragon Ball, there is a Buddhist statue. Dragon Ball is also influenced by the Chinese Buddhist story "Journey To The West".
Simply scroll to the "Layer" tab at the top, then scroll down it's selections and select, "Change Layer type..." Here you can edit the layer type (under circumstantial availability) Click the down arrow for "Color Model:" where it should have, "Black and White[2 bit]" Already selected. You can choose to change it's preferences from "Black[1 bit]" "Black and White[2 bit]" "Grey[8bit]" Or, "Color[32 bit]" Once you choose color, you can now feel free to use the colors to your liking on that specific layer. If you wish to use color on another layer, you must do the process for that specific layer over again.

Kushina Uzumaki is Naruto's mother. It is said by Tsunade that most of Naruto's personality as well as his choice of jutsus are similar to that of his mother. She comes from the former Land of Whirlpool. She has long red hair and is said to have been a tomboyish girl. But had grown into a very beautiful woman later on. However, since she is referred by past tense, it is believe she is deceased. She is also the lover of Minato Namikaze.
She is also known as the previous nine-tails jinchuuriki(tailed-beast host) prior to naruto and had a demon nickname as Red Habanero.
The union between Minato (Yellow Flash) and Kushina(Red Habanero) made Naruto believe that he can be the "Leaf's Orange Hokage".
Furthermore Kushina's chakra was included with Minato's four element seal to contain the Kyuubi and was programmed to be released if Naruto decides to control the Kyuubi. In the recent manga chapter, right after Kushina helped Naruto conquer his dark side, the Kyuubi wailed "The sage of the six paths" it seems Minato or Kushina's chakra has been the key to the legendary ninja.
Five Quick Facts of Kushina Uzumaki:
Something of a theory of the attack on the leaf when the 4th died.(Added Separately from the information above)
I believe that madara pushed kushia over the edge and got her to transform into the nine tailed fox and then she lost control. Marada then took control of her and sent her to attack the leaf. then the 4th sealed the fox into Naruto where kushina is in the fox aswell so in the end Naruto has 4 different chakras in him.
sasukelover21- this is correct. they fell in love when minato saved kushina from being kidnapped. the seal is the weakest during pregnency. madara knew his so this is how he used it to his advantage. long story. and i mean long.
Kushina and Minato were married properly, Naruto bears her name to hide his origins as Minato's son. Also, Kushina came to the Konoha to become a kunoichi.

In Japan, the amount of money manga artists make varies extremely widely. Many beginner and mid-level artists also have other main jobs, and manga eranings are extra income rather than something to live off of. However, experienced manga artists often earn more than US comics artists. This is largely because in Japan, comic creators usually own the rights to their own characters and thus make money off anime adaptations, action figures, clothing, and other merchandise. Manga artists also have a much higher level of celebrity than US comics artists and can make money from TV appearances and other events.
Mangas like Hana no kishi, knight princess.. and some other in genderbender genre.

Masashi Kishimoto created the sereis and the characters from scratch and it is the most popular anime/manga sereis in the world! It is worth a fortune and he has stared time and time again "not for sale"
Well, personally, I'd hazard a guess that they DRAW MANGA. Or, for those less intelligent people, "A manga artist arts manga." Manga is a type of comic btw... this jackass is less intelligent him or her self >.>
You have to be confident to draw, no matter how good you can draw. Then I would have lessons or self teach myself how to draw human figures and etc; everything you have to be able to draw. But really, because you can draw manga doesn't mean you can always be a mangaka (a manga artist), because manga is part of Art. So I guess you have to study art and such in high school and in uni. I don't think there is a university for learning manga. (If there is, it would be very rare i think.) After uni I would have to FULLY confident in art AND manga. <----Yes, it's very painful. Just before entering uni, I would suggest that you should have your own style of manga and art. <--- Yep, that's the very important part. I believe choosing the best uni is the uni in Japan, becasue manga is originally from Japan. (meaning you will learn more.) So I am suggesting that learning Japanese will be important too. (By the way, just in case you're thinking to become a mangaka- it isn't easy.) Anyways, I hope this has helped you at least 5 percent. If you mean for a job then you go to any anime (manga in cartoon form)/manga companies such as Star Child (producers of FLCL and Evangelion). Most manga companies are located in the country of Japan it's self. It's just like getting any other job. Go up to the companies front door, knock twice and sign up for a job interview.

Naka Hatake is the real name of Natsuki Takaya. Natsuki Takaya is famous for her manga Fruits Basket.
get (good) manga artists on board and have money. You can start small and informal, or make one just like you'd make any other company.
He entered a short in a contest from a manga magazine in Japan and got published. An editor called him shortly afterward asking if he wanted to go professional. His answer, of course, was yes.
Yep, he is actually married.. Though the only "information" about it is in the English version of vol 20, one of the editors states "Congratulations on your marriage and 4 year anniversary [of Naruto] (and birthday)--!!!"
But no one seems to know about the wife. I guess no one knows.
