Solved... Only happened in the mornings with heavy dew. Cleaned and tighened battery terminals.
NSS is on the left side of the transmission, two bolts mount it.
Under a plastic cover located between the brake reservoir and the hood hinge on the drivers side.
Hazard lights (flashers)
On the 1994 e230 its between exhaust manifold and firewall in the engine compartment. Small space. Its all black and hard to see in broad dayight. Looks like a standard oilfilter and you need the oilfilter extraction tool with a ratchet and extension. Take it out upward.
Several models were equipped with an anti-theft device. You have to turn on the Left turn signal before attempting to start the car.
On my 1995 Mercedes Benz E320 where is located the crankshaft position sensor?
I just got done dealing with this. It's in the fuse compartment in the trunk. It is fuse 71 (I believe) which is a blue (15 amp) fuse. Hope that helps.

GET "HAYNES" repair manual #38010 at your nearby auto parts store. It describes the process in detail and costs less than $20. This is too involved to describe here and you will need much patience. Forget about the "Chilton" books; they are worthless.
An excerpt from the manual:
1. Remove the air cleaner assembly and attached hoses.
2. Remove the injection lines from the fuel distributor and the injectors.
3. Remove the mounting screws and injector retainers.
4. Pull out the fuel injector.
5. Remove the rubber sealing ring.
6. Reinstall in reverse manner.

Most probably the light switch assembly on the steering column needs replaced.
h7 bulb type. 35 watts. 55 watts is ok too but becareful with the lighting harness.
where "ARE" the seat adjustment buttons. Please... limit your questions to reasonable ones. I have a 1989 300e. The seat adjustments are on the door next to the door handle.There are three adjustment knobs,one for the seat, one for the back, and one for the headrest.
The glow plug relay could be bad, poor contacts on the fuse or plug contacts to the relay. Obvious reason is a week battery.
