What is the longest song to crack the Billboard Hot 100?
Released on Aug. 7, 2019, rock band Tool's titular single from their new album Fear Inoculum currently holds the title, clocking in at a length of 10 minutes and 23 seconds. It debuted at No. 93 on the Billboard Hot 100, the first song by the band to make the chart since "Schism" in 2001. When the album released on Aug. 30, 2019, it debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top 200, a major success for the rock genre, and of course for Tool, especially considering that it was their first studio album in 13 years. Previously, David Bowie's "Blackstar" from his final studio album of the same name held the record for the longest song on the Billboard Hot 100, with a length of 9 minutes and 57 seconds.

In music, what is a Diamond certification?
When an album or single by your favorite artist is said to have gone "gold," "platinum," or even "diamond," that means it's definitely popular. Each of these certifications signifies an achievement in the number of units sold, and in America, they're are awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Gold is 500,000 units sold, platinum is 1 million, and diamond is 10 million. But in the modern age of streaming, how do they quantify the number of records sold? According to the RIAA, the new formula established in 2016 for determining sales is "1,500 on-demand audio and/or video song streams = 10 track sales = 1 album sale."

What were the biggest Grammy nomination snubs this year?
I’ll limit this answer to the four main categories (Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best New Artist). Fellow answerer Carmella Mosciski listed those nominees out here. I would say Maren Morris getting just one nomination (Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Common" with Brandi Carlile) was the biggest surprise. Her eligible album, GIRL, won the CMA Award for Album of the Year, and she had a whole slew of nominations at that ceremony. That she didn’t get a nod from the Recording Academy in any of the big four categories, especially Album of the Year, was pretty shocking. The Jonas Brothers’ smash "Sucker" was a surprising absence from the Record of the Year category. The song is up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, but for such a chart-topping hit that was surrounded by a lot of excitement about the brothers’ return to music, it seemed like a no-brainer for a ROTY nod. For Best New Artist, I would say Megan Thee Stallion is probably the snub I least saw coming. The breakout rapper had a huge year, and she seemed like a pretty safe bet, but I guess the Recording Academy disagreed. Not only was she snubbed for Best New Artist, but she was also ignored in every other category. Another artist that got completely shut out of the ceremony is Halsey. Her single "Without Me" was a really strong contender for Song or Record of the Year, and that she didn’t get recognized at all was a bit disappointing. And finally, say what you will about Taylor Swift, but the week her album Lover was released, it sold more copies than the rest of the Billboard 200 combined. Maybe it didn’t have the cultural impact of Lil Nas X or of Ariana Grande’s thank u, next, but it was widely praised by critics and was a clear success among the masses. She did scoop up three nominations (Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album) so it’s not as if she’s being ignored outright, but I suspect the fact that she’s already won Album of the Year twice outweighed the merits of the album at hand.
