If...actually in naruto clash of ninja revoloution 3 i think you can use nine tailed fox naruto when your playing story mode and fighting Diaderra,the guy with the mouth on his hand, you can also play as most of the akatsuki in revoloution 3.....I think you have to have naruto's HP at least like 40% - and on WII use nunchuck down control pad down. Then i think he turns 9 tails. Oh and he actually cant turn nine tails cuz he hasn't mastered his demon...In Original Naruto and Naruto Shippuden he can only go 4 tails.

because naruto can't always control what he summmons with the summonign jutsu so he only uses kagina shuno jutso and rasengan

Naruto can control the nine-tails chakra unless more than four tails are reaveled. He can hardly choose when to use his nine tails. Unless he is pushed to the limit of his energy or if he really gets pissed off. Also, if one of his closest friends get badly hurt, he will lose his ability to think staight.

He can control the nine-tails chakra completely, but he can't control the nine-tails mind when there are more than 4 tails out.

If you read the manga, he just learned the complete truth of the nine-tails and how to control it in the manga. He's going to undergo some training to completely control it up to the very last tail now.
