The answer to your question is, unless they run the special test that they use for Suboxone, then no, it will not show up in a drug test that is given to you, or your child, but please, for the sake of your life, and your child, please, get help, drugs are not the way, there is an amazing life to be lived clean and sober, I have been sober many years now and my life is so much better than it ever was when I was using. There are people out there willing to help, AA/NA is an amazing group of fellow addicts and alchoholics that will not judge you, as the person that wrote the previous answer did, but they will welcome you warmly and listen to you, understand you, and do all they can to help you to remain clean and sober.

I am pregnant and have started taking suboxone cause I don't want them to take my child from me when I go into labor which I am due in only five days. well, it could be hard to do, but, get some warm water and pour 1 table spoon of salt it to the water. then try to get the baby to put the salty water it their mouth and then spit it out. repeat this several times.
