No....in fact it might mean you are leaving your tampons in too long or you just might have caught a fever. Either way....it would be best if you contact your doctor. If you feel the need to vomit, have severe lower abdomen pain, or have a temperature of 102 or higher, contact your doctor immediately.
Is having a lot of tummy aches a sign of pregnancy?
Tummy aches are said to be common in the first few weeks of pregnancy. But, it could also be a stomach thing. If you really think you may be pregnant, take a test.
It could be a sign, but usually it is PMS. Women tend to get bloated and the other usual signs of their period coming about a week or so before it actually arrives. The only way you'll know is to let that week go by and see if you're late. If it never arrives, then you can buy a hpt to find out if you are indeed pregnant.

Can you be pregnant if your period was 2 weeks late and not bleeding as much as normal?
No, would be the simple answer. If you are having your period, you are not pregnant, having an irregular period is usual and happens quite often especially if you're younger. Once you start menstruating it will take a couple years before your periods are completely regular, but do the safe thing and use protection so every missed period isn't a scare, no one wants to be having sex thinking of whether or not they are getting pregnant, it's distracting and takes away from the experience. -hope this helps.
You could be or your period is just delayed. Do a test to find out.
Can you get pregnant on your peirod?
Not always, but yes. All woman ovulate at different times and some ovulate while on their period so it is possible to get pregnant, but don't always count on that. Most woman get pregnant on their periods from having sex on the first day or last day of their periods so I've heard. I've been researching all day, but most of this is what I've heard from other people so don't be too sure. Go to a doctor to see when you are ovulating for sure. :)
Yes this can be a sign of pregnancy taking into consideration the symptoms you have mentioned above.
If you had a miscarriage eight weeks ago but still have not had your period could you be pregnant?
Most likely not, you need (should have) 1 normal cycle before it can occur when your prog. levels drop down and you ovulate again
You should have a complete cycle before becoming pregnant after a miscarriage, for safety reasons though. You can definitely become pregnant before having a period. My doctor just told me he's had women get pregnant 2 weeks after a miscarriage. It's not recommended because your body needs time to heal and get back to normal. Otherwise, if this time is not allowed, you are more at risk for another miscarriage. I had a miscarriage and ovulated 2 weeks after a d&c was performed without having a period first. However, I was not trying to get pregnant for this reason. We waited a couple months before trying just to be on the safe side. But to the question...you absolutely can get pregnant after a miscarriage even if you haven't had a period yet. You do not have to have a period to ovulate. A lot of people think if you're not having a period you can't get pregnant, so wrong, you can still be ovulating.
I think yes you could still be pregnant. If i was you i would go to the doctor and tell them you took two tests at home and you want a blood test just to make sure that the home pregnancy tests were right. I wouldn't take any chances if you have all the signs that you are pregnant. Good Luck, i hope you get the answer your looking for.

You could be ovulating and that would mean your nipples would be tender that doesn't mean pregnancy it may mean your period is on the way. Sometimes stress or illness causes periods to be off track. Don't panic but if you are concerned go see your doctor. Yes, it is possible. What you thought was your period could have been implantation spotting. My suggestion would be to take a test.

No. Your body's pretty good at figuring out when the uterine lining's not needed any more, and hormonal changes from the zygote would tell your body to leave your uterus alone. If you're definitely pregnant, the spotting is probably being caused by something else.

It's possible, maybe you ovulated really late in your cycle and you could retest, but I'd recommend going to see your dr. If they determine you are not pregnant there are medications to get your period started if need be ~pawsalmighty
It's not likely. Stress, vigorous sports, not eating right, certain medications (even over the counter drugs) can cause your periods to zig zag all over the place. If you are in your 40s it could be the start of peri menopause (meaning you are going through this time of your life before you go straight into menopause ... no period at all.) I am not 40, not on any medication, no heavy exercise, I sit and work on a computer everyday. I eat healthy. Any other answer. Could this be the last one before you find out that you are pregnant? Trying to find some sort of explanation You could be pregnant-the bleeding you had could have been when the egg impanted itself in your ueterus. Take a test

It's possible, but there could be other reasons. In young women up until the age of 16 - 17 it's normal for this to happen. As you get older (in most cases) things will settle down. If you're worried you are pregnant then get a pregnancy test from your drug store.
