I don't have the answer, but I have been experiencing the same thing at 6-7 weeks. I spotted for 6 days and then had one day of heavy red bleeding and passed a blood clot. The following day I had a precautionary ultrasound and they found a small fetus with a beating heart! I have had minimal spotting for 4 more days, but the doc is not concerned due to the heartbeat and rising hormone levels. I've read that once the heartbeat is detected, the viability of the fetus is very good. My doctor said that one woman patient that he had bled daily for her entire pregnancy with twins and carried them to term and delivered healthy babies!! technically you are not pregnant but if you are having stomach aches you need to to the doctor and take a pregnant test or you can buy a home pregnancy test some times they are wrong that's why you should go to the doctor
