-Sydney is easy. A Pokemon like Blaziken should have no problem. But do not try and set up against him (Bulk Up, Howl etc.) as he uses many moves such a sand-attack, double-team and swords dance to make your attacks miss, or his attacks even stronger.
-Phoebe is there just to waste your PP. Take out the Dusclops fast, and the rest of her team can be taken out easily. Just be careful of Grudge and Curse. Use mainly Dark or Ghost type moves, but as Dusclops' have very high defenses you will need a strong Pokemon to batter them.
-Glacia is the same as Sydney. Unfortunately Fire tyes can only be used against two of her Pokemon, so a better choice for this fight would be an electric or fighting Pokemon. Walrein can be a problem, so try and hit it with several electric moves or maybe paralyze/confuse/burn it.
-Drake could be a problem. At this point of the game, you should have Dragon or Ice type Pokemon, as you you could have caught Altaria, Flygon, Salamance, Walrein, Glalie and any other Pokemon that can learn ice-beam/dragon claw. I took the time to look for a Bagon in Meteor Falls, and a Feebas near the Weather Institute. Gosh, training those two were hard, but worth it. Drake's Salamence and Altaria could be a hassle but with a quad-weakness to Ice moves, they shouldn't pose too much of a threat. To get the Ice Beam TM, (TM13), exchange coins at the Mauville Game Corner or go to the Abandoned Ship on Route 108 (east of Dewford Twon). For Dragon-Type moves like Dragon Claw, you'll have to explore Meteor Falls.
-Steven is pretty good. His Skarmory can be taken out with powerful Fire/Electric type moves. His Cradily and Armaldo can be taken out by a powerful Steel-type like Aggron or by a good beating of strong attacks such as Ice-beam or Flamethrower*. His Claydol has good defenses, so you need a powerful Water-Type to take it out. Metagross knows Earthquake, so you'll have to counter it with your own Earthquake. Blaziken can do well against it, but take it out fast, cause it also knows Psychic to screw you over. Metagross covers its weaknesses well with earthquake but a quick fire/ground Pokemon should take care of it.
* Use Thunderbolt, Ice-beam and Flamethrower instead of Thunder, Blizzard and Fire Blast. They may have less power, but I just got so annoyed whenever I used the latter, as they all missed WAY too frequently.
During this trip, I only used a few Hyper Potions. If you want to know where I trained, it was at the Victory Road. Took me about 3 hours to get my team in the 60s. Hariyama is very good experience, but I overtrained my Pokemon- I have beaten the Elite 4 and the Champion with Pokemon leveled 45-48 before. Trust me, if you have a type advantage and enough items (15 revives, 15 full heals and 15 Hyper potions) you can easily defeat these trainers without needing to spend hours on your Pokemon team ^.^

To solve the puzzle, touch the side that is closest to you and don't move more than necessary. Each time you touch it, its color moves from black closer to red. When the triangle moves to a position slightly above its original position, it should be completely red. Touch it again, and Deoxys will appear at Level 30. It will be in its Normal Forme if you catch it.

after u have beeten the 8th gym leader you want to get a water type Pokemon so u can teach it waterfall. than u take ur Pokemon that knows surf and u surf all the way down to the Pokemon leuge when ur about to enter victory road there will be a water fall. that's when ur Pokemon needs to use waterfall. at the top is a Pokemon center and the enter to victory road. after victory road there is the elite four i hope u beat them i did .... ur best bet is for one of ur Pokemon to know earthquake...... if u have a Pokemon over the level of 60 that knows earthquake and u have alot of elixers, and full restores then u will beat the elite four for sure. have fun and kick some butt.

no whoever answered this was a dork lol!, anyway, when you get the master ball and your at a point where you want to use it, with your first Pokemon tell it to throw the master ball, then with your second Pokemon go to your pokeballs and scroll down to master ball and press X or Y and it will ask you which one to swith it with, switch it with any other ball and exit and attack with that Pokemon, when you throw it it will throw a masterball and when you go back to your pokeballs you will still have a master ball, its amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Where do you catch Kyogre on sapphire?
In the Cave in sootootopolis city after he will have a crystal and you will battle him and you will need a lot of pokeballs i did this myself and it worked. (use a master ball)
The above explains where to catch him but how to catch him is a different story. I caught kyogre with my strongest Pokemon being lv39. i used a mightyena to lower its attack (intimidate) and reduced its speed with scary face, then i used shroomish to paralyze it (stun spore) and attacked its health till it was in the yellow with my other Pokemon. Finally i sent out shedinja lv25 (so it knows false swipe, you will have to delay evolution) and false swiped it till it had one hp. then i threw a pokeball and it broke free then a second pokeball and held down a (idk if this had anything to do with it) and i caught it.
