First go to Slateport city and talk to the crowd then go back to Lilycove and surf off the west coast to find a team magma grunt. Surf north from there into the base. Progress through until you find that team magma admin. battle it and surf to Mosdeep city.

armaldo can not be caught u have to evolve it.

C. door. on the path, go RIGHT. then go DOWN a little bit, then go RIGHT again. Then go DOWN. remember: stay on the path! Then go RIGHT again. you get the idea. now i will just tell you one word.

dont go down the steps.

RIGHT.

go up the steps. you will see a girl next to a white rock.

go LEFT of her.

go UP. get on the path again!

keep going up till you reach a house. of course, go in the house.

I'm sorry but the only way is to get a Mystic Ticket and therefore you need to have accompanied a Pokémon Event somewhere nearby and I'm afraid there aren't any lately OR planned so...

My answer: try to find a cheat somehow. There are Gameshark devices for the GBA, you can enter either Gameshark or Codebreaker codes if you play on the PC with Visual Boy Advance (VBA).
