Wingull evolves into Peliper at Lv. 25, in all the games.

In emerald ruby and sapphire you have to get a boy marill and girl marill or boy and girl azumarill and put them in to the daycare in mauville town. you will get an egg and inside will b azurill

well that's easy... it is Latios its a legendary easy to catch but it always flees so nearly impossible. if you have a Pokemon that prevents Latios to flee then your odds of catching it increase greatly

First, you must bring acro bike, then met the boys in the north, where there is a path that is only for acro bike, wear a bicycle and ride on that path, when the path is interrupted, you press A and the same direction. now you can go to the Safari Zones deepest.

It is used to get the most legendary pokemon of the game! He is hiding in a cave. And you can only find it if your Pokédex is already full with pokemon. Then you need to go to Bruce. And exchange your pokedex for something called: "evacreptor". Then you have to use this item. And you will be teleported to the cave where he's hiding. You can fishing using super rod near cinnabar island. that way you can catch horsea. about seadra.. there are no wild seadras..

actually you can catch seadra at the tanoby ruins with a super rod, but its REALLY rare

it evolves to milotic when its beauty is high enough. u can feed it with many poffins to rise the beauty of it

catch the hidden beefy bill in the grass next to the ge. You will have to get a phat and drop it next to him. To catch the Beefy Bill, otherwise he will escape your pokeball use his HM19-TROLL then you will arrive at team magmatic. Good Luck.

You probably know how to get to the sealed chamber. Remember you must have Relicanth and a wailord. the reason why, is because they are hard to get. Also get a Pokemon that knows dig. Read the dots on the end of the wall. Use dig in that same spot! A hole will apear. Go in, and read the dots again. Now put Relicanth the first Pokemon in your party, and wailord the last. Now click on it again. An earthquake will happen. If not the game must be glitched up. After that, Regirock's cave will open in route 111. Regice's cave will open somewhere west of Petalberg City. and Registeel's cave will open south east of Fortree town.

Regirock's cave: Go in and read the center of the dots. Now go 2 paces left, and 2 paces down. Now use rock smash if possible. The door shall open, and their lies Regirock sleeping.

Regices cave: Go in and read the dots. Take one lap around the room. and the door will open.

Feebas by far has the most interesting and most complex way of evolving it and here's what you need to do: First you must create pokeblocks that are high leveled for Beauty, Second you need to feed Feebas these pokeblocks (its recommended to have a Feebas that likes these kind of pokeblocks for a better result), Third after maxing out its Beauty stat level up Feebas and it should evolve. To create the best possible Beauty pokeblocks its recommended to use the Ganlon Berry which can be obtained by purchasing one from the Pokemon Colosseum or Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness poke coupon store. There are other berries you can use but these will work the best.

The ruby and the Sapphire are worth the same amount, without one you cannot get to trade with Ruby or Saphire,

the other guy is wrong depending if you have action replay or if your using a vba on your computer just look for gameshark code for moltres and be sure its for the right game it can mess up the game if its not the right game good luck with catching them all :D

Some emulators have the functionality to input action replay codes from a drop down menu or option button. Each program will have it's own way of doing this.
