Why won't the power window on the left side work on a 1995 sunfire?
the power window motor is probably bad
I might be able to shed a little light here. The radio has a code that needs to be re-entered after you disconnect the battery. If you don't know the code, you have a couple of options. One is to take the car to a dealership and ask for help. I'm told that they can do it easily, but charge an arm and a leg to do it. The other option is Ebay. Yep! Ebay. There are guys there who will sell you the directions on how to retrieve the code, or at least how to get started. There are also guys there who will sell you the directions how to reprogram your key fob. I've actually used the key fob directions they provided for my '96 with success.
KEY FOB: basicly, pull the carpet away from the inside of the rear driver's side fender inside the trunk. If you see a black box there, continue. If you don't, these directions won't work for you. Coming out of the black box is a connector which has nothing plugged into it. Fashion a paper clip or piece of wire into a U shape. Stick it in the connector to effectively short it. You should hear the power locks cycle. While holding the clip in place, press and hold any button on the key fob until you hear the locks cycle again. You're done. Now, I've had varying luck getting the locks to cycle the second time, but the key fob worked. It's worth a try!

Checking the fluid level is done from underneath the vehicle. There is a plug located in the side of the transaxle housing unscrew the setscrew and put your ginger in, if you can feel the fluid right at the level or a little comes out then it is at the right level, much below this then add some fluid.
What would cause 1998 Pontiac sunfire to surge from 700rpm to 1100rpm while idling?
I think I'd check for a loose, cracked or missing vacuum hose somewhere
under the hood.

How many mpg of gas does a 2000 Sunfire get?
For what it's worth, my '96, with over 200,000 miles on the odometer, gets
between 29 and 32 MPG dependent on how I drive, what conditions are and
if I'm using the AC or not.
I'd expect that your newer car would do that well or better.

What happens if you remove thermostat in car engine?
It will always run cold so it will run inefficiently.
Where is the idler pulley located on a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire?
I guess you're referring to the tensioner. It seems to be in different places on different engines. In my '96, it's down and rearward from the alternator.
It's pretty easy to identify. It's surface is very shiny and has no flange, if memory serves. It's probably the only pulley-like device which contacts the back or outside of the belt.
Why is Oil on spark plugs for 2.2L 2200?
I'm laboring under the assumption that you're speaking of the tip of the plug that goes inside the engine?
I'm certainly not an expert on this kind of problem, but it seems that there are only a couple
of ways for oil to get into the combustion chamber. I'd sort of suspect worn valve guides or worn piston rings which are allowing oil to seep by. A compression check will be a good place to start.

Yes it does. It would be louder than a million atomic bombs exploding at the same time (continuously). The only thing that separates us from that shattering sound is the emptiness of space, otherwise known as vacuum. Sound waves can't travel through a vacuum.
This is not really a question. If you are wondering what one is you can go and do an online search and see images of it.
Where is the signal flasher located on a 2003 Sunfire?
in the fuse pannel located on the drivers side of the dash facing the door.
What is the firing order for a 1999 Pontiac 2.2L 4-cylinder?
What is the firing order for a 1999 Pontiac sunfire 2.2L 4cyl Engine?
Looking for light blub for heater controls on a 2000 sunfire?
you'll have to remove some of the "pretty" plastic parts and get at the back of the control to find the bulb.
Here is a site with that info, and for a lot of other vehicles:

How do you replace the ignition cylinder switch on a 2002 sunfire?
Caution:On models with a Delco Loc 2 or Theftlock audio system be sure the lockout feature is turned off before proceeding * Disable the airbag system * Remove the tilt lever if equipped * Remove the upper and lower steering column covers Ignition Switch * Remove the ignition switch retaining screws * Detach the ignition switch from the steering column housing assembly and unplug the electrical connectors Key Lock Cylinder * Turn the key to the run postion * Depress the lock button and remove the key lock cylinder
My first guess would be the blower motor speed resister. The second guess would be the switch and/or switch plug. I agree, It's a very common problem, the resistor goes for about $52.00 Can. Carquest has them part # RU44
How many miles to a gallon does a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire get?
For what it's worth, my '96 with a bit over 200,000 miles on the odometer is still getting between 28 and 31 mpg, dependent on conditions and how I drive.
I would imagine that your newer vehicle would do at least that well.
Taking fuel prices into consideration, this is a good time for us Sunfire owners to hang on to, and maintain our little fuel squeezers!

How do you know if the auto transmission fluid is low on 2000 Pontiac Sunfire 2.4 GT?
EDIT:
While the answer provided by someone else (above) is correct on most makes and models, it is incorrect in regards to the the sunfire of production years 2000 and up. There is no dipstick on a 2000 sunfire as I have owned two and know from first hand experience (2.2 and 2.4 although not GT) GM decided that since the fluid never really needs replacing for the life of the vehicle that they could scrap the dipstick all together. Fortunately there is a very accessable red cap on the top of the transmission (driver side) which is labeled. Either take your car in to the mechanic, or top it up yourself. Just be carefull not to add too much fluid or the pressure could cause a leak and possibly a fire should it spill onto the exhaust or engine from what ive been told (informed by a mechanic).
