HCG is measured in urine or blood?
The presence or absecne of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) can be measured in both the urine and in blood.
Quantitative analysis (showing the rising levels of HCG as pregnancy progresses) can only be done in blood.
I believe that means you are 3+ weeks pregnant.
Calculate how pregnant you are from the first day of your last period.
A positive pregnancy test is generally accurate, however if you get a negative result, it could be wrong - i.e. you could have tested too early, or at the wrong time of day. If your period still hasn't arrived, try another test, or visit your doctor.
Have you tracked your cycle with a Basel thermometer??? Do you know exactly when you ovulated? If not you could have ovulated later than you thought and are having a long cycle. I have a very regular cycle but last cycle my body ovulated really late and gave me one very long cycle. This cycle I ovulated extremely early so I will have a very short cycle. The way I was able to see exactly when I ovulated was by watching my basel temperatures every day. After a woman ovulates it takes about 12-14 days to get her period. Your cycle is determined by when your body decides to throw out an egg. You may also be having what is called an annovulatory cycle. That is when you do not ovulate at all and eventually your body will reset itself or ovulate and then you will get your period after that. The symptoms you have described sound like PMS symptoms to me. I bet you will get your period in a day or two. If you don't I would test again.
Can you be pregnant and never test positive?
No you can't. Pregnancy is displayed by a positive symbols on a pregnancy testing device, because of the presence of fetus in the woman's womb, the waste that the fetus secrete are detected in the urine and cause the device to show positive symbols.
Does stimerex cause false positives on drug tests?
No nothing works get clean and tell your loser friends to call someone else to buy them weed because that's the only reason they smoke with your dumb A$$. Wait a month to get clean then get money!
Home pregnancy tests are extremely accurate if done correctly. They need to be done with the first urine passed in the morning. If you did all the tests on the same day the morning one would be (correctly) positive, then the rest would become increasingly faint as you had drinks during the day and your urine became weaker. If all the tests were done on early morning urine then perhaps you have had an early miscarriage. Is this the order it happened in? Positive, faint, negative?
If your period is not due till the 5th then the test might not have worked. If you dont get a normal period I would take another test about 2-3 days after your period should have been.
Will the results of a preternal test come in the mail?
If it was a test done at home that you mailed to the lab, you should get the results back in the mail. If you had the test performed elsewhere, call who ever ordered the test and they should be able to tell you where the results will go and how soon to expect them.
How do you know youre pregnant before you miss a period?
youlll either get reallly bad sickness or feel really crap. if you suspecty you are then wait and see if it comes. although some people still get ther period wen pregnant.
If you haven't had your period yet, there is definitely still a chance of being pregnant. Your hormones change daily and are stronger for most in the morning. Your best bet is to get a blood test. This is accurate and will give you a definite. If you haven't had you period, then I would say most likely you are. GOOD luck!
Is HCG pregnancy test a reliable pregnancy test for a 15-day delayed period?
If your period is more than 2 weeks late, yes an HCG blood test will certainly be able to detect the pregnancy hormone. Home pregnancy tests will work as well.
nope should be ok, but your next period should be due, check a few days after you have missed a period, probably more accurate at that stage.
The hcg shot can cause a false positive pregnancy test, so if the most recent pregnancy tests are negative, you're probably not pregnant. But definitely check with your doctor!
If the EPT is positive before a missed period how accurate is it?
Fairly reliable, uaually a positive is pregnant but a negative is sometimes only 50% right. I would get a test done by the doctor asap.
the test is counting your HCG level normally it is very low in the single digits when you become pregnant your levels are in the thousands so wait a couple weeks and see what the blood work says it is the most accurate form of pregnancy test hope everything works out Good Luck and God Bless!!!
Yes, I believe so. My wife took a second First Response Gold pregnancy test four days after taking the first one to confirm our positive "YES" result. The FR Gold got too wet so it displayed a "?". Being an Engineer, I wanted to see if I could fiddle with the electronic circuit so I opened the test up. Inside is an indicator strip (pink lines) just like any other pregnancy test. So all the electronic portion does is read the result to take the ambiguity out of your reading. The chemical indicator strip should still be usable if you uncap the test, but you may just have to open up the test to see your result if the electronics aren't working.
no not at all
Did i test negative or positive if Stat THC drug test shows one faint line and one dark line?
More than likely positive, it's just that your body does not have enough hcg hormone produced in your pregnancy yet. Wait a couple days and take another test with your first morining urine.
Does your hcg level have to be at zero to become pregnant?
An hCG level of less than 5mIU/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25mIU/ml is considered positive for pregnancy.
What aftercare should be given with the antinuclear antibody test?
Discomfort or bruising may occur at the puncture site or the person may feel dizzy or faint. Pressure to the puncture site until the bleeding stops reduces bruising. Warm packs relieve discomfort.
