Why negative blood test still no period?
It is possible that the test was given too early (doubtful), or that there was an error with it. OR it could be that the stress of being concerned over possibly being pregnant has caused you to be irregular. Give it another week, and if still no period, get another pregnancy test.

All women at one time or another will have a late or even skipped period. Teenagers in particular are known to have irregular menstrual cycles, where 45 days is actually closer to the average number of days for a cycle than 28. You may have a stomach virus. They usually pass after a few days. If you are still throwing up tomorrow, visit your doctor.
Odds are it's too early for a pregnancy test to detect pregnancy. You can also still get your period and be in conception. Time will tell. Your doctor can offer a test that can detect earlier than your over-the-counter preg. tests. Just try not to worry, and take each day at a time. It will all be revealed in due time.

I'm not really sure because I only have one period a month but I would take one now just to ease your mind and if it's negative take another one in a week or two if you still haven't had a period.
