I had a ectopic pregnancy at the end of Febuary. The doctor should had let you know if your hcg were going downn or still high. I was told to wait at least one period before I try to get pregnant again. If you did wait at least one period you might be pregnant. To be sure I would go get a blood test.

It is correct that it may take 6 weeks for HCG to fall back after an ectopic, but you cannot tell if you are pregnant from one level, you need a second check to see if levels are falling.

according to the chart anything upto 426 is normal for 4wks pregnant. i just had my 1st blood test and my result was 382 aswell so fingers crossed everything is ok this time as i had an ectopic in april. good luck to you with your pregnancy

Yes. It depends on when you do it. If you did it too soon the results are not accurate. You should wait to see if you miss a period and then redo the test.

Have other tests run to see if anything else could be causing the rash.

You can have a false pregnancy if you want a baby very badly but I would go to a doctor and have the test done there as some OTC tests are unreliable

You could be having what they call braxton hicks contractions...this is your uterus preparing for your baby to be born...Congrats on your pregnancy! Or you could be going in to Labor!

The digital ones are just easier to read. Otherwise they both detect the same hormone, hcg. So if you have an IQ above room temperature, the non-digital tests work just as well.

If you think you might be pregnant then you should go and get a prgnancy test from the pharmacy (they only cost a couple of dollars). They are just as accurate as the test a doctor does and you only have to pee on them as opposed to needing to have blood drawn. (I'm a doctor)

yes there is if you had sex while ovulating. you can also have spotting after having a confirmed pregnancy.

All I can say is mine showed up positive. I'm always on time for my cycle but I was a week late for my period, so I took a pregnancy test & it came up positive. I then made an appointment to be checked the next day by blood test & that was also positive. At around 8 weeks I had a weird feeling-no reason for it but decided to ask for an ultrasound to see if the baby was developing ok & at 9 weeks had an ultrasound & found that I had a molar pregnancy. They scheduled me for a D&C 2 days later. It is now the day after my D&C & I feel fine. I was scared at first, but all in all it went well. They now say we have to wait for my hcg levels to go back to 0 to make sure all of the tissue is gone & hasn't regrown & I have to wait a year before we try to conceive again. Sad news, but I guess it could have been worse-it was caught early- I had no outer signs of any trouble...just a feeling-or really a lack of feeling pregnant. It was weird. I'm hoping for the best though.

no. opks are ovulation prediction kits. they detect when you ovulate. to find if youre pregnant, you have to take a pregnancy test

Please repeat the test of reputed brand by doctor. Or else Ultrasonography will confirm or otherwise about pregnancy.
