There are many factors that cause morbidity in not just France but the modern world. The general increased use of salts, fats and sugars in cheap processed foods is another common factor. Increased salts, fats and sugars is not the main contributing factor though is a catalyst.

Polyorchidism (having more than two Testicle) is a very rare condition, however it does happen. However, most commonly the additional growth is not a testicle at all, and is instead an abnormal mass of cells or the result of damage.
