Is Gatorade better for you while exercising or water?

If i were you, I would drink both. Many salts and nutrients you need are sweat out during excsersize, and replacing them while working out is beneficial to you (Gatorade). Similarly, when working hard, you may find that you can lose upwards of 3-6 pounds of water, so it is important to replace that. However, the molecules in Gatorade are a bit bigger, and not as readily available to become sweat as water alone. Gatorade however, can still not provide the benefits of water in terms of long term hydration.

How do you flatten your breasts?

DO NOT iron your breasts. This is not only a very painful practice, but can cause permanent damage. To temporarily achieve the appearance of a flat chest, you can bind your breasts with a number of different things: the control top off a pair of pantyhose, a wide ace bandage, or a medical chest binder. I recommend any of those sold by Underworks. They are among the cheaper options, and the most comfortable. Binding long term, however, can cause serious breast atrophy and trauma, back problems, and ribcage deformations. To flatten your breasts permanently, you will have to damage them. Going without necessary support will cause connective tissue to tear, making breasts saggy. Women who simply go without a bra their whole life tend to eventually have flattened, saggy breasts, but there is not short term way to make your breasts hang flatter.

As you relax, the heart begins to beat slower and returns to its normal rate.
