I used a 55 torx key and removed one of the bolts but stripped the other. DOn't use a Torx. It is a 10 hex(metric)

Any high quality 5W30 oil should meet the standards. However, I've only put FULL synthetic in our Saturn since we purchased it new.

I can not turn the barrel to ACC so I can put a pin in the hole that releases the barrel, what do I do?

ON 2002 it is on the top right side of the engine between the intake manifold and timing belt housing, will need to remove the intake manifold and radiator to replace. 4 hrs work

you might want to change your hazard light switch. i was having the same problem and i changed my hazard switch and it fixed the problem

If it is a manual transmission, there is no dipstick. You remove the filler cap on the top of the transmission , then remove the hexagonal plug near the cv shaft on the drivers side. Fill the transmission with Dextron 3 until it comes out of the hexagonal plug hole.

The instructions for this are located on the fuse compartment cover. The fuse compartment or housing is located under the hood next to the battery.

I presume that you are talking about with the remote trunk button. On a 2001 L200 it is located near the drivers left hand dash vent. It may also be inside the glove box, (GM liked to put them there), However the worst case you can always use the ignition key to open it at the key lock on the trunk lid.

A cause for high oil pressure could be related to the type of oil that is being used in the vehicle. Thicker based oils such as 10w40 and higher could cause high oil pressure.

alternators are 2-300 depending where you live......getting yours rebuilt is cheapeest option Usually under 200. As for the labour, It shouldn't be more than 1.5 hrs if the guy knows what he's doing. The brake sockets are no good There was a campaign for updated brake sockets. Has it been done by a Saturn dealer? If not get it done and you should be fine
