Why do certain noises make me anxious recently when I'm at school I get panic attacks and i think it is from everyone talking around me also the television makes me anxious when it is loud?

I have social anxiety so I understand anxiety when there are a lot of people around you talking. It's very loud and to hear those voices all blend together makes me feel light headed and red. Psychologically, A lot of infants and young children get scared of loud noises. I used to be scared of parties because of this. DO NOT DWELL ON YOUR ANXIETY. Remember they are feelings and no matter what will go away. If you're having breathing problems, yawning helps even a forced yawn. Remember your anxiety comes from a fight or flight response. Remember during fighting times, loud noises would alert us to anything that might harm us so we needed to run or fight for our lives. In today's society, loud noises don't mean that but your brain doesn't know that society is keeping us safe (sort of). Don't feel bad it is actually completely normal from a physiological standpoint. What helps the most is to not think about it. Try not to live in your own thoughts too much. Talk with friends, play a sport or instrument etc... RELAX AND DON'T THINK TOO MUCH This has helped me the most. Just enjoy life, A lot of ugliness in it but some beauty still exists in this world.

Can the MAP and stress make your period 2 months late?

The Morning After Pill should not normally make your period 2 months late but significant stress can sometimes make your periods stop, particularly if that stress has caused you to lose a significant amount of weight. However, if you had unprotected sex (which I assume due to the fact you took the MAP in the first place) and you have not had a period for 2 months, then I think there's a fair chance you may be pregnant. Like all contraceptives, the MAP is not 100% effective - so some people will take it and it will not work. You need to take a pregnancy test. You can buy them over the counter if you can't face going to the doctor. But you need to do it now because if you do not want a baby you are fast running out of time in which you can have a termination.

What is stress intervention?

Regarding stress management techniques, interventions are anything that prevent a stressor from producing negative consequences. These negative consequences can be both physiological and psychological. A good example of a stress intervention would be Perception Interventions. For example, you fail a test and are bummed out which causes your mental state to be lower; using a perception intervention will change the way you look at the situation. Instead, you could say "it is just one test, and I am going to do very well on the next test by using different study patterns." You take the negative thought and turn it into a challenge. That is one example of a perception intervention although there are other stress interventions available.
