See, it doesn't matter where you are, you could always pass the bar. As long as you don't cheat of course or anything illegal. On the record they will see the felony charge and be aware of that but they won't fail you because of it.

As far as children go, so long as the parents aren't exposing their children to sexual situations between they themselves, or their prospective playmates, either of wich may fall under child abuse/neglegence laws, there isn't anything in the books that keeps consenting adults from doing whatever they consent to in private.
