If you're trying to replace the rear wheel bearing and all you can find is the rear hub assembly, it probably means that you can't get just the bearing. Many vehicle manufacturers press the bearing into the assembly at the factory and there is no way to replace just the bearing. If they're offering the assembly, that's probably what you'll need to buy.

To replace the dipstick tube on a 2002 Ford Focus, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery terminal. Remove the old dipstick tube by loosening any retaining bolts or clips, then carefully pull it out from the engine block. Insert the new dipstick tube into the same location, securing it with the bolts or clips, and finally, reconnect the battery terminal. Make sure to check the fit and ensure the dipstick slides smoothly in and out.

Front wheel drive cars (new Beetles) and rear engine rear wheel drive cars (classic Beetles) have excellent traction in rain and snow. Getting a good tire will help either of these cars in ice and snow, get a good ice and snow rated tire.

The cam sensor is located behind the camshaft gear. The timing belt and cam gear should be removed to properly gain access to this sensor, but it can be done if you zip-tie the belt to the pulley, and carefully remove the pulley, suspending it with a bungie cord from the hood, so that the belt does not jump timing on the crank gear. There are two bolts holding the bracket that the cam sensor is mounted to. Remove the bolts, and the sensor can now be removed, and replaced. Be sure the keyway in the camshaft remains inplace while re-installing the cam gear, and lock tite the cam gear nut. We have done these in under an hour. Book time is 3.5 hours. Good luck!

Pre-2000 ODB2 port for VW New Beetle is in the centre console accessed by removing the ashtray, Post-2000 location is in the footwell, underneath the steering wheel, near brake pedal, colour coded purple if memory serves correctly.

1969 VW Beetles do not, nor should they need, starter gaskets. If it's leaking around the starter, it's because one of the two seals back there is leaking.

You must first figure out what oil is leaking out. Crawl under the car and pick up some of the oil on one of your fingers. Then get out of there, open the engine cover, pull the dipstick and wipe it on another one of your fingers. If the same oil is on both fingers, the engine's main seal is leaking. If they're different, the transmission seal is leaking.

Pray it's the transmission seal if you don't have an impact wrench because changing the engine seal can't be done without one.

It's impossible to say without knowing your driving record, but the insurance companies see them as old, slow cars so they're pretty cheap to buy insurance for.
