I am salaried at a rural Walmart pharmacy in central Oklahoma as a staff pharmacist for an 80hr pay period at pennies under $60/hr. The pharmacy manager typically makes $3 more an hr. The bonuses differ as well. They changed in 2011 from a flat $1250 for staff to a percentage based bonus. It encompasses your total script count, profit, sales, and customer service experience. My bonuses was a bit over $2k in 2012 and $3500 in 2012. The manager bonuses are significantly higher, from what I know.

Wal-mart does sell several brands of green laser pointers. It is suggested that only adults purchase these and keep them out of reach of small children.

Call the store to be sure, but Walmart almost always stays open on holidays. It would be very unusual for them to close on Victoria Day.

Your salary depends on if your store is "metro" or non metro. My store is a metro location and I started at $48,900 a year. I got my first raise after 7 months which brought me to $52,000. But that is a base salary and does not include your yearly bonus if your store qualifies.

Wal-Mart pretty much sells school supplies all the time. During the regular year they probably just sell simple things like pencils, paper, pens, etc. However, during the school year they do sell more of a variety of school supplies.

Wal mart is not a discount tire company but the one in your area may be. Your best option is to use your local phone book, call your local wal mart, and ask them.

Each store starts them out at different payscales. You will probably make under $12 starting out, seeing as how in lower area markets assistant mgrs. start out as $11.94 per hour. But it will depend on the area you live in.
