In Match Duels (basically, you're playing best out of three with another duelist) a Side Deck can be used. A Side Deck is entirely separate from your main deck of cards and can only hold a max of 15 cards.

After a duel is completed, before the next duel starts each player can look at the cards from their Side Deck and swap them with cards in their Main Deck. Cards included in the Side Deck would be ones to counter and adjust your strategy now that you have seen your opponent's deck in action. you must make sure the player dose not draw all five cards otherwise you cant, but you could try using card destruction before they draw all 5 pieces and hope that they lose some of them. Also hand destruction can be useful. The only problem with sending the pieces to the graveyard is that your opponent could then summon exodia necross which is just as bad as exodia (unless you are using removal cards in which case you'll be safe).

Well, if you want a neos deck, you should put him in.

Next,you should find some cards that can help you summon neos quite easily.

Then, you may wanna power up neos a little, for example you could use cards that boost his ATK or DEF, whatever you prefer.

Then you may want to use a bit of "neo spacian" monsters, to give a bit of balance to your deck. If your strategy is gaining life points making you almost invincible, you should add cards like "goblin secret remedy" and "neo-spacian air hummingbird".That should boost your life points.

If your strategy is defending your life points or your monsters, you may want to add cards like "sakuretsu armor" to your deck.

If your monsters are no good, add "torrential tribute" or "lightning vortex".

If you have any fusion monsters you can summon,you can just add a few "polimerization"(s) in. Since the deck's main monster is E-hero neos, you may want to add more "elemental hero" monsters or fusion monsters.

5 is the max, though in one turn you can Normal Summon one, unless you use a card to summon more. You can special summon as many times as you want. There are also flip summons, fusion, synchro, ritual, and still a few other summons. Remember, the max is still 5 at any given time. 5 is the max you can have on your field.

People are going to make VayuTurbo, which untilized cards to dump out Vayu, Sirocco and Ephin to the graveyard to synchro BW monster. Then use Burial from a Different Dimensional to reuse Vayu effect.
