His children are: Dionysus - God of wine; Hermes - The messenger of the gods; Perseus - The hero that killed the gorgon Medusa; Athena - Goddess of wisdom, war, arts, industry, justice and skill; Artemis - The goddess of hunting, moon and animals; Apollo - God of song, sun, and prophecy; Hephaestus - God of fire and metalwork; Persephone - Queen of the underworld, originally the goddess of spring; and Hebe - Goddess of youth, also cup-bearer of the gods, and of course, Hercules.
