Yes, however, the gun you are buying must be "Canada-approved" or made specifically for Canada. By that I mean that there certain legal restrictions on what kinds of guns and what color an airsoft gun can be in Canada. Look for the "Canada-Safe" gun section of most major online airsoft retailers for selection and further explanation.

yes you can spraypaint airsoft guns. But, i would only do so if you really know what you are doing. avoid areas like the trigger and the operation as well as any moving parts like slides ir fire selectors. If the tip is orange then you have to leave it orange to be legal.
I do not know of a production airsoft gun that shoots bbs of those dimentions but it doesnt mean its not out there As you probably know, most common is 6mm, and some airsoft guns, specifically some revolvers, shoot 8mm bb's, but I have never heard of a 7mm bb or a gun that shoots it.
