Probably not. The situation you have described has no reason to be bluetooth, and using bluetooth would add to the complexity and problems.
you can't do that wirelessly and if you could it would cost 1000's for the transmitter and receiver

Bluetooth stereo transmitters transmit a bluetooth signal from one source to a receiver. Depending on the make and model you can get one for $40 to $100 (from Amazon.com).
You can transmit video wirelessly from a camera by using a wireless video transmitter that sends the video signal to a receiver connected to a display device, such as a TV or computer.
A coaxial wireless transmitter uses radio waves to send data wirelessly. It converts electrical signals into radio waves, which are then transmitted through the air to a receiver. The receiver picks up the radio waves and converts them back into electrical signals, allowing the data to be received and understood.
It is a radio transmitter and receiver set to receive a connection from wireless devices such as keyboards and headsets.
The feed line is the cable or other transmission line that connects the antenna with the radio transmitter or receiver

A wireless in-ear monitor system can be used to broadcast an audio signal. The 3.5mm audio is connected to a transmitter. Each listener then wears an in-ear receiver belt pack, and connects their own earphones or earbuds into the receiver. These are the systems you see musicians using on stage. A pro system like this isn't cheap, however, with a single transmitter/receiver package (in stereo) selling for at least $500.00. Each additional listener will need a receiver and phones (an additional $300 or so per person). These systems are UHF radio frequency. Bluetooth is not used in this fashion because of its limited range, audio quality and 1-1 pairing topology.
Having a built-in ir transmitter receiver is a fabulous idea
