Yes you can. on the mp3 player or 'my stuff - sounds' menu off songs go onto a song but DO NOT select it. press options then send via then bluetooth

I am not able to send songs through bluetooth to another mobile in DELL XCD35, there is no option to send.

You have to use file manager or bluetooth file transfer :) it takes time to find the song u lik but theres an option search in bluetooth file transfer .
You should have a filer on your phone where all the folders are . click on the folder where your music is and there sholud be a list of all your songs there click and hold a song to send then click the bluetooth option.
You can plug your device into the computer with the itunes account that you want to exchange from and sync the songs into your ipod. Or, you can use some of the apps like Bump or Bluetooth messenger and send it to your friend. But you have to activate your Bluetooth first in Settings.
