In a class of 25 6th grade students. around 6-7 students do not have a cell phone and 18-19 students do have a cellphone. Meaning around 72% have a cell phone. And around 28% do not. I think that it is reasonable for a 6th grader to have a cellphone. This is because they are givin more privlages and a higher chance of needing to contact the police or a parent.
