I think this year (2008/2009) a new roller coaster has been built and beaten it but I'm still not sure. :S Also sorry but I don't know that name of the roller coaster that had beaten the Kingda Ka,which I think would be an amazing acheivement!
new answer: Yes it is the tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world and no it has not been beaten. it may ( not a good chance ) be beaten in the near future. far, maybe. near, impossible. But i have heard rumor about the ring o racer which if opened after adjustments (it had some problems and hurt 7 people) but i dont think it will be faster than the kingda ka. but if it is, then i will ride that one to.
