Quebec has a bigger area than Ontario does.
Quebec and Ontario were Canada, the province and colony called Canada. Ontario is more economically dynamic. Other measures seem to be more subjective.
Ontario and Quebec are the most populous. You could also say that the provinces West of Ontario are more populous than those East of Ontario, or that the Eastern Maritime provinces have more population than the Western or Northern (excluding Ontario and Quebec who have no major ports in the North) maritime provinces and territories.
there is no such thing as "import" from one province to another, you just pay the appropriate taxes on the vehicle if it has been purchased in Ontario and you live in Quebec, than you must pay Quebec taxes. or vice versa, you pay the taxes acccording to the province you live in.
