There are no individual bulbs, just LED's in the dials, and you will have to replace the entire instrument cluster.

A mini screwdriver set is handy for this. Purchase replacements bulbs. Gently pry open compartments located in interior truck on either side to gain access to bulbs. Gently remove and replace bulbs. Test lights before replacing plastic cover.
Open the trunk. Loosen the black thumb latch wing nuts that hold the tail light assembly in place. pull the tail light assembly out. You should be able to acces the tail light bulbs to replace them.
My Suburban doesn't have bulbs...they are LED lights. Newer models have bulbs. If your fuse inside the drivers' side panel is ok, your lights probably have to be replaced if it's not in the wiring. I checked at the dealership today...a wonderful 258.00! So, to answer your question, mine doesn't have bulbs...
Probably the wrong bulbs or the brake lights are getting stuck "on". Or maybe a combination of the two. Check that you have the right bulbs and check to make sure something isn't keeping the brake lights on. FriPilot
