Usually ALL states give reciprocity to one another. What SPECIFICALLY are you asking about?
No they are not. Have a look at the Related Link below for an explanation.
Reciprocity. The states cannot tax federal issues and the federal government cannot tax state issues.
Illinois does not have an inheritance tax like some states (New Jersey, for example) do. However, people often confuse the concept of an inheritance tax with the concept of an estate tax. Illinois does have an estate tax. See: http://www.finance.cch.com/pops/c50s15d170_IL.asp

Indiana has no formal reciprocity but provisionally admits lawyers who have practiced law for five years of the seven years immediately preceding their applications for admission without taking and passing the Indiana bar examination. In Colorado, other states have to reciprocate for Colorado lawyers. In other words, If Illinois has reciprocity with Colorado (and it does) then Colorado will reciprocally admit Illinois lawyers

If you live and register the car in Illinois then you will pay the Illinois car dealer for the sales tax. If you live in a different state than where you bought the car the dealer might collect the sales tax if the two states have a cooperative agreement. If the states do not have an agreement you will pay the sales tax when your register the car.
It depends on what state you have your license in. If you are an IL resident, the short answer is YES. If you are a resident of a state which does not have reciprocity (shared info) then no. Currently over 47 states have reciprocity with a few that do not share info on drivers either caught by them from other states nor do they input speeding tickets from their own residents when they occur in other states. One of those states with NO reciprocity is TN.
ALL states and US possessions share DMV reciprocity with one another.
There is no reciprocity between the lawyers of the two states.
