Pakistan had no Viceroy, as this was the title given to the British Governor of India and Pakistan was created when India gained independence from Britain in 1947. Formerly a part of India, it was created as a nation for the Muslim population following the appalling genocide between Muslims and Hindus following the British withdrawal.
It was founded by Muhammed Ali Jinnah, who served as it's Governor General until his death in 11th September 1948, with Liaquat Ali Khan as his Prime Minister. Jinnah was succeeded by Kawajah Nazimuddin.
There was no separate viceroy for Pakistan and one for India. As both were one country then. But the last viceroy of India was Lord Mountbatten.
He was India's last Viceroy in 1947. Pakistan was part of the Indian Empire at that time.
