The way I was explained the condition of this Discharge, is that it is UNCHARACTERIZED, and most times "UNDER HONORABLE CONDITIONS", as to say Honorable and does not bar you from reentry into the Military after a due course of time. Supposedly, it can become honorable under certain conditions, mayhaps after 6 months of service with the Military. In some cases, as when a commendable soldier cannot pass a specific training, he/she can become eligible for the General "Under Honorable" Discharge, upon exiting the Military.
