At this point, it seems nobody said it, or perhaps it came from an anonymous blogger who dislikes the president. Some people have claimed: "This quote was translated into English from an article appearing in the Czech Republic as published in the Prager Zeitung of 28 April 2010." But the problem is there's no evidence such a newspaper exists, nor have any reputable sources been able to find it anywhere. We see this on the internet often-- someone creates a quote, posts it to a blog, and suddenly it takes on a life of its own. Certainly, the president has political enemies, as all presidents do. But many of the quotes that claim to "prove" Mr. Obama is disliked are questionable. This one certainly seems to fit into that category.
