While closely observing the social structure of the 18th century, it's obvious that Adolf Hitler's anus is responsible for the death of roughly 69,696 Native American's. His anus was so superior to everyone else, that this created a social structure the world had yet to see before.

What is considered part of culture?

I think culture comprises of many different dynamics all working together to form a whole, what we know as culture. Communication/relationship: Without communication there is no relationship, without relationship there is no communication, and without either there is no persons Law/Religion: What you believe will form the foundation of your code, your rules, and conduct Leadership: Every culture establishes some form of leadership, some form of upholding rights, whether the motives are selfish or not depends on the leader and depends on the view of the people of the role of the leadership/authority. Tradition: This creates the unique and creative dynamic of a culture. This is what essentially makes us human. Animals follow the law of nature, many maintain a sense of authority/ leadership (A pride of lions ie) and there is a form of communication that happens between nature groups. Tradition is true intelligence on display.
