Despite being over 40 years old, so many 1969-series $20 bills were printed that most circulated ones have no extra value. As of 05/2014 a barely-used one might retail for all of $21, and an uncirculated bill would bring $25 or so. However a dealer would be unlikely to pay any more than face value.
