Well, first, before you leave the place, look up and around, there r holes in the wall, go in there to get stuff. Then look for a gate with a yellow circle with a red circle in the middle, clawshot that and you can go throught the gate and look for other things that are suspicious

Inside this room there should be a locked door, unlock it and go through, dive into the water and follow on. This should lead to the frog boss
