Things like mods - maps - skins are commonly put into your Jedi academy> gamedata>base folder
Mods are usually contained within a .pk3 file. This file should not be expanded, but placed into your base Jedi Knight II/Gamedata/Base folder. If the file is not a .pk3 file, but a folder containing other files, then this folder should be placed in your Jedi Knight II/Gamedata folder, but the Base folder.
To download skins go to http://www.trackmania.southmoon.net/cars/cars/stadium2/!index.php?hra=nations&kam=stadium2 and save to your TMN folder and go to "Gamedata" then "Skins" then "Stadium Car" and then save your Compressed file there(Zip).
Put the liger file in the zoo tycoon main folder
To add a new multiplayer model to JKA/JK3, simply drag & drop the PK3 file into your GameData/Base folder.

you have to go to the mx vs atv unleashed folder. Data>usertracks and put the map to there. go in the game and look for user tracks. have fun and play the map
Usually a "download" folder, or in your "my Files" in some phones the folder is labeled as "songs" or "mp3"
To get into the PSP common folder, you need to download software that allows you to access the folder.
