How come I didn't get the level 8 trophy even though I am at level 8 on moshi monsters?
Sometimes, if your monster's health/happiness isn't high enough you won't be able to move up a level. To make your monsters health go up you feed it food from the Gros-sery Store and Green and Roarberry Cheesecake make it go up big time. To make your happiness go up tickle your monster and do lots of puzzles.
The codes have restrictions that vary with the kind of code it is.
All of the codes are one time use, so if you have already used that code, you can not use it again.
There are only a few codes that can be used by all members. The rest of the codes can only be used by one member. If someone gives you a code that worked for them, it probably won't work for you.
The code may have expired. For example: the Monday Mystery Code is only good for four days.
If the code was on something you bought in a store, either you typed it wrong or it has been used. Someone probably already scraped off the code when it was in the store. Take it back and get a refund, then, with that money, pick a random card in the stack the isn't in the front or back of the row. Make sure the code has not been tampered with - looks scratched or isn't covered.
Make sure that your monster is healthy and happy. If your monster's health and happiness levels are too low, you can not level up.
