How do you get the Havana Outfit in GTA Vice City?

You have to complete the mission 'Two-Bit Hit' from Avery Carrington.

There is however a glitch that will move the outift further back into the store so that you cannot access it. To prevent this glitch, simply complete the mission, 'Cop Land' from Vercetti Estate first and then do 'Two-Bit Hit' afterwards and it should work fine.

If you are still uncertain about how to prevent the glitch, simply put off doing any Avery Carrington missions for as long as you can and odds are you would've completed Cop Land.
