Servers tend to have an auto-AFK kick. (AFK = Away from keyboard) They do this to save RAM and to stop unnecessary idlers from taking up slots and memory on their server. If you move around or simply leave the server while you are gone, this won't happen. However, to stop this from happening, you can type the /afk or you can be an operator on your server.
no, but you can do a skype or hangout with who you are playing with while you are playing minecraft with them.

No.
you just hold down f4 while you are logging in and hold it util you get into a server ! enjoy !
DDoSing anything it illegal regardless if you paid for it or not.
Yes, although I'm not sure what type of server your talking about. Just a normal default minecraft server has no permissions whatsoever and you can't change that (you can get the default server on the minecraft website). A bukkit and Tekkit server can and most do, although every once in a while you may come across one that doesn't. I did, although almost as soon as I joined I was kicked.
The RAM is only assigned while the server is running. If the server is not running, it is not using any RAM, you didn't 'reserve' the RAM and stop anything else using it, just specified the amount the server will use while active.
Club Penguin is more popular with 120,000,000 playing it while only 9,844,152 play Minecraft.
