Can people turn into vampires

Of course. All that is required is that the vampire remain stationary and the person (or people) in the motorized vehicle turn the steering wheel as to effect a turn that brings the vehicle into a collision with the vampire.

Usually the most common way for a vampire to be made is by taking the blood of the victim and having the victim drink some of the vampire's blood. Apparently the amount of time for the transition to take place varies with how much blood the vampire takes and how much is given in return. Also, unless the mortal wants to be a vampire the transition can be easier on some and much harder on the ones who don't want to be vampires. Newly turned vampires are sometimes called fledglings, and if they are not very closely cared for in the first few days they can turn feral and turn to killing viciously and randomly. This is apparently a problem that hasn't had a good answer to it yet.Besides locking them up so they won't be harmful. But then your new born vampire won't be real happy with you....

To turn a human into a vampire the vampire must first drink or drain much of the human blood out of their victim. Then the victim has to drink some of the vampire's blood. This is the only way to get the vampire virus into a humans system. It then spreads throughout their body turning them into a vampire.
